Offer-to-contract automation for a property brokerage

A brokerage was assembling and chasing purchase offers by hand across email, spreadsheets and a CRM that nobody trusted. We modelled the whole offer lifecycle as automated workflows, generated the contract PDFs from templates, and closed the loop by tracking replies back into the pipeline automatically.

  • ~15hof manual admin removed per week
  • 1 sourceof truth for offer status, replacing three
  • Same dayturnaround on offers that previously took days

Reconciliation platform for a payments company

Daily settlement was reconciled in spreadsheets, and a mismatch could take an analyst a full day to trace. We built an ingestion and matching service with a clear audit trail, so breaks surface immediately and every adjustment is attributable.

  • Minutesto trace a break, down from most of a day
  • 100%of adjustments carry an audit trail
  • Dailyclose moved from best-effort to reliable

Analytics rebuild for a B2B SaaS product

The in-product dashboard had grown to the point where common queries timed out and customers stopped trusting the numbers. We reshaped the data model, moved aggregation off the request path, and rebuilt the front-end around what customers actually looked at.

  • Sub-secondload on the dashboards that used to time out
  • -70%query cost after remodelling aggregation
  • Zerodowntime during the migration

Retrieval assistant for a clinical operations team

Staff were searching several document stores by hand to answer routine policy questions. We built a retrieval system over the approved document set, with citations on every answer and an evaluation suite that runs before each release so accuracy is measured rather than assumed.

  • Citedsources on every answer, no exceptions
  • Gatedreleases behind an automated accuracy suite
  • Scopedstrictly to approved, non-patient documents

Headless replatform for a multi-market retailer

A monolithic storefront made every campaign a developer ticket and every market launch a rewrite. We moved the retailer to a headless architecture where the merchandising team ships content themselves and a new market is configuration rather than code.

  • 3 marketslaunched on one codebase
  • Self-servecampaign publishing for the marketing team
  • Fasterpage loads on every measured template

AI enablement programme for an engineering group

Leadership wanted AI adoption without a wave of unreviewed tooling appearing across the business. We ran a hands-on programme built on the group's own workflows, and left behind written playbooks and a review process the team runs themselves.

  • 6 weeksfrom first workshop to independent practice
  • Own workused as the training material, not generic exercises
  • Playbooksand a review process owned by the client

Let's talk about what you're building.
