AI features that survive contact with production.

Retrieval systems, LLM-backed features and workflow automation, built with the unglamorous parts included: evaluation suites so accuracy is measured rather than assumed, guardrails on what the system may do, and cost controls before the bill becomes a surprise. If a problem does not need a model, we will tell you so and solve it more cheaply.
